ABOUT THE SESSION

My goal for your session is simple:  to create something that truly represents the subject, preserving precious memories for you to enjoy for many years to come.Photo sessions are very informal; I strive to have a casual environment, and to capture everyone behaving in his or her usual fashion.  Capturing the essence of the subject is much more important to me than making sure all hairs are in place!  To this end, my portraits are mostly shot on location, where everyone will be most comfortable and natural.  I will meet you in an agreed indoor or outdoor location, be it your local park or your back yard.A session generally lasts one to two hours.  This allows time for snacks, breaks, wardrobe changes and playtime during which I will capture natural expressions.  Approximately two weeks following your session, you will be provided the opportunity to view the proofs, as well as the chance for an in-person viewing session.
